1. Eligibility
Participation in the Heavenly Tribute Partner Program is open to: (a) legally registered businesses in India, including funeral homes, mortuaries, cremation services, hospitals, and allied funeral industry businesses; and (b) individuals who are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under Indian law. By submitting this application, you confirm that you meet the above eligibility criteria and, if applying on behalf of a firm, that you are duly authorized to do so.
2. Nature of Partnership
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or legal representative of Heavenly Tribute. This applies whether you are an individual or a business entity. You have no authority to bind Heavenly Tribute in any contract, make commitments on our behalf, or represent our services beyond your approved referral role. This agreement does not create any exclusive arrangement — Heavenly Tribute may appoint other partners at its sole discretion.
3. Referral Attribution & Commission
A referral is attributed when a family clicks your unique referral link and purchases a premium plan within 30 days of that click. Commission is earned only on completed, non-refunded premium plan purchases. Commission rates are tiered based on monthly conversions: Basic (5%), Silver (8%), Gold (10%). Tiers reset to Basic on the 1st of every calendar month. Heavenly Tribute reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days' prior notice.
4. Self-Referrals & Fraud
Self-referrals — using your own referral code to purchase a plan for yourself, a family member, or any affiliated party — are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to artificially inflate referral counts, create fictitious accounts, or manipulate the attribution system constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all pending commissions, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
5. Payout Conditions
Payouts are processed monthly via UPI to your registered UPI ID. A minimum payout threshold of ₹500 applies — amounts below this are carried forward to the following month. You are solely responsible for providing an accurate and current UPI ID. Heavenly Tribute is not liable for failed or misdirected transfers due to incorrect information provided by you. If fraudulent activity is suspected, Heavenly Tribute reserves the right to withhold payout pending investigation.
6. Refunds & Clawbacks
If a referred customer receives a refund for their purchase, the corresponding commission will be reversed and deducted from your future payouts. Heavenly Tribute's refund policy governs all customer refund decisions; partners have no right to object to or influence such decisions.
7. UPI ID Security
Once your UPI ID has been verified and locked by Heavenly Tribute's admin team, you may not change it without admin approval. This safeguard exists to prevent fraudulent redirection of payouts. To request a UPI ID update, contact support@heavenlytribute.in with valid documentation.
8. Permitted & Prohibited Conduct
You may share your referral link in person, via WhatsApp (to individual contacts), on your business's own social media pages, and on printed materials at your premises. You must not: (a) make false, exaggerated, or misleading claims about Heavenly Tribute's services; (b) run paid advertisements using Heavenly Tribute's brand, logo, or trademarks without prior written permission; (c) engage in spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or any communication that violates applicable Indian law including the TRAI regulations; (d) use your referral link on third-party websites, affiliate networks, or comparison platforms without written approval.
9. Brand & Intellectual Property
Any use of Heavenly Tribute's name, logo, or brand assets must comply with guidelines provided by us. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action. Upon termination of this partnership, you must immediately cease all use of Heavenly Tribute's brand assets.
10. Confidentiality
Any pricing, commission structure, business strategy, or non-public information shared with you as a partner is confidential. You agree not to disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent from Heavenly Tribute.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this partnership at any time with written notice. Heavenly Tribute may immediately suspend or terminate your account without notice for: breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, conduct harmful to Heavenly Tribute's reputation, or any violation of applicable law. Upon termination, earned commissions on valid, non-refunded conversions prior to the termination date will be paid out at the next payout cycle, subject to the minimum threshold. Pending commissions under investigation for fraud will be forfeited.
12. Modification of Terms
Heavenly Tribute reserves the right to modify these terms, commission rates, tier thresholds, payout schedules, or any aspect of the partner program at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email to your registered address. Continued participation after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Limitation of Liability
Heavenly Tribute's total liability to you under this program is limited strictly to unpaid commissions on valid, verified conversions. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from or related to this partnership, including loss of anticipated earnings or business opportunity.
14. Data & Privacy
By registering, you consent to Heavenly Tribute collecting and processing your firm's information — including your name, mobile number, email, and bank details — for the purposes of program management, payout processing, and communication. Your data will be stored securely and will not be sold to third parties. You may request deletion of your data by contacting support, subject to our legal retention obligations.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this partnership shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
16. Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Heavenly Tribute with respect to the partner program and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements on this subject.
