Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation of payments and services on the Heavenly Tribute platform (https://heavenlytribute.in), operated by Heavenly Tribute Private Limited.

As we provide digital memorial services, cancellations are handled differently depending on whether the service has been delivered (i.e., whether the memorial page has been published).

2. Cancellation Before Payment

You may abandon the payment process at any time before completing the payment. No charge will be applied. Any pending payment record created during the initiation of the payment process will be automatically voided within 7 days.

3. Cancellation After Payment — Before Publication

Cancellation Allowed

If you have completed payment but have not yet published your memorial page, you may request a cancellation within 7 days of the payment date. Upon approval, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

To request a cancellation, contact us at support@heavenlytribute.in with your payment reference number before publishing the memorial page.

4. Cancellation After Publication

Cancellation Not Available

Once a memorial page has been published and made publicly accessible, the digital service has been fully delivered. Cancellations and refunds are not available at this stage as the core service has been consumed.

5. Account Cancellation

You may request the deletion of your account at any time from your profile settings under Account > Delete Account. Please note:

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • All your memorial pages, photos, condolences, and personal data will be permanently deleted.
  • Account deletion does not entitle you to a refund of any payments already made.
  • If you have published memorial pages, consider whether deletion is appropriate, as published memorials will become inaccessible to family and visitors.

6. Cancellation by Heavenly Tribute

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your account and access to the platform if you are found to be in violation of our Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Uploading false, fraudulent, or misleading memorial information
  • Impersonating another individual or deceased person
  • Uploading illegal, offensive, or copyright-infringing content
  • Attempting to misuse or exploit the platform

In the event of cancellation due to policy violation, no refund will be issued.
